All orders are shipped from Japan.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE U.S. IMPORT DUTIES, TARIFFS, TAXES, CUSTOMS FEES, AND OTHER IMPORT-RELATED CHARGES.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that additional import charges may apply.

Refusing delivery or failing to pay import charges does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Returns and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except in cases involving materially damaged or incorrect items, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Do not return any product without prior authorization from Takumi Supply.
